  I've been coming to Brevard Health Alliance since I was little. Pediatrics is great! But the adult side?? I've been sick for for days now and when I call today to get an appointment there's no answer. I called 7 times!! I even called nursing. When I finally get an answer it was because I called management and they didn't care at All!! I even found out my doctor was no longer working there JUST NOW. WHEN I CALLED. No one bother to tell me my doctor left. I have to miss work tomorrow because they couldn't pick up a damn phone.

  Absolutely terrible!! You can never get ahold of them on the phone. I'll be on hold for over 30 mins and get a busy tone then it hangs up. Leave messages on managers voicemail twice a day for a week with NO call back. Had to go several times without my SEIZURE meds because they failed to write it when they said over and over they would.

  We adore Kelsey Turner. We rarely wait longer than 10 minutes. Sometimes we do feel a little rushed through our visit and it's nearly impossible to get through to a person when calling. I don't understand these negative reviews. For a Medicaid doctors office, this place is alright.. My major complaint is that the person who is supposed to fax the orders to the diagnostic scheduling center either isn't doing their job or isn't doing it right. I wait a week after doctors appointments to schedule requested tests and labs only to find out BHA never sent the orders. And this has happened literally every time I need to have a lab.
